About these terms
These terms govern your use of Lumen, a private analytics dashboard operated by yellowHEAD Ltd. ("yellowHEAD", "we", "us"). By signing in, you agree to them. If you use Lumen on behalf of a company, these terms apply alongside that company's agreement with yellowHEAD, and that agreement wins if the two conflict.
Invitation-only access
Lumen is available only to yellowHEAD staff and to people yellowHEAD has invited. There is no public sign-up. yellowHEAD decides who has access and which clients each person can see.
Your account
Your account is personal. Keep your sign-in method secure, do not share access, and tell us right away at omers@yellowhead.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Confidentiality
Client data in Lumen is confidential. Use it only for the client relationship it belongs to, and do not copy, share, or publish it outside the people authorized to see it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- try to reach data, clients, or features you have not been given access to;
- probe, scan, or test Lumen's security, or interfere with how it runs;
- scrape or bulk-export data except through features Lumen provides;
- reverse engineer Lumen or use it to build a competing product;
- upload unlawful content, or use Lumen in a way that breaks the law or another person's rights.
Data accuracy
Lumen shows data from advertising platforms, measurement partners, and other sources, and some answers are generated by AI. This data can be delayed, incomplete, or differ between sources, and AI answers can be wrong. Analytics in Lumen are for information only. Check important figures before you rely on them for a business decision.
No warranty
Lumen is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, yellowHEAD makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, yellowHEAD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of Lumen. This does not limit any obligation in a separate written agreement between yellowHEAD and your company.
Ending access
yellowHEAD may suspend or end your access at any time, for example when a client engagement ends or these terms are broken. The confidentiality, warranty, and liability sections continue to apply after access ends.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use Lumen after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction.
